² information and services mentioned in this appendix are not available on all islands. ³ In situations where a new plot of land must be registered that is completely enclosed by existing boundaries, a tariff of 20% of the tariff in the table applies, with a minimum amount equal to the tariff for a plot of no more than 250 m2. This situation does not arise on Bonaire, as all plots of land are already registered. ⁴ A request to make a new Certificate of Admeasurement always leads to making at least two new Certificates of Admeasurements, these new Certificates of Admesurements wil be given to the person requesting the new Certificate of Admeasurment. For every new Certificate of Admeasurement the amount to be paid will be calculated based on the mentioned formula (see above) with the exemption of the property that the Public Entity gives out in long lease. In that case only the property being given in long lease will be paid for. ⁵ All square meters above 250 are rounded up to multiples of 50 m2. ⁶ All square meters above the 1000 are rounded up to multiples of 100 m2.
